Pinako is a Chromium browser extension, a web portal, and an optional desktop
AI Bridge. It organizes your entire browsing context - open tabs, closed-but-saved
"ghost" tabs, windows, libraries, notes, and bookmarks - into a hierarchical tree
you can navigate, search, annotate, and share.

## What it does

- **Hierarchical tab tree** - every open tab, window, and saved tab in one
  drag-and-drop tree, functional with tens of thousands of nodes.
- **Ghost tabs** - close a tab via Pinako and it stays in the tree (dimmed, no
  memory cost); double-click reopens it exactly where it was.
- **Libraries** - persistent named collections of tabs, windows, and notes,
  shareable as public pages or by invite, with real-time collaborative editing
  on paid tiers.
- **Bookmarks tree** - your browser bookmarks as a fully interactive Pinako
  tree with bidirectional sync and AI semantic search.
- **Notes, memos, and tags** - rich-text notes per tree, plain-text memos and
  tags per node, all searchable.
- **Smart Session Restore, Home Tabs, and Home Tab Sets** - named context
  bundles (Work, School, Project X) that restore your session with one click.
- **Cloud sync and web portal** - cross-device sync with mobile session
  viewing at pinako.pro/portal (paid tiers).
- **AI integrations** - built-in AI Librarian chat panel, AI semantic search,
  and full MCP access for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI clients:
